 Michael David served for more than 26 years as a Deputy Sheriff with a major sheriff’s office servicing more than 1.2 million residents with the last 15 years having primary duties as a crash reconstructionist. Reconstructed or assisted in the reconstruction of at least 375 fatal and serious injury traffic crashes including cars, heavy trucks, motorcycles, pedestrians, bicycles, and trains. Accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR). Qualified as an expert witness in traffic accident reconstruction in various State of Michigan Courts to give expert testimony. Completion of over 1,500 hours of certified coursework in traffic crash reconstruction training. Deposed for several civil matters involving traffic crash reconstruction.
